I am not the least bit surprised at recent events at PG. The CEO was culpable of terrible profligacy; terrible management including promoting an environment of bullying, cultivating an all boys-club atmosphere, and establishing a centralised decision-making system where everything went through him at an agonizingly slow pace; and breaching most relevant professional and ethical rules. The CLO was shockingly worse: intellectually insecure; terrorised female employees; and encouraged chaos at the firm to benefit himself. They both deserved to be removed from PG since they ostracised anyone who was not a sycophant to either. It was long overdue.
