Good company that seems to be sinking (despite what they tell you) - Integration Manager Podium Employee Review

The leadership gets worse the higher up you go. Executives making unreasonable demands strain the folks on the front lines. It sounds like the best time to work at Podium was from 2018-2021 and it’s since been a sinking ship. Unlimited PTO is a scam and is tracked. The directors and executives don’t seem to have trust in middle managers and front line workers. Lots of false praise and encouragement.
