Used to be Great - Customer Service Manager (CSM) Podium Employee Review

Upper management is an absolute disaster and is constantly making massive structural changes that make no sense, don't work, and then they fire everyone involved when it doesn't work EXCEPT for the upper leader who's idea it was. They take zero advice from anyone and do what they want. Look at LinkedIn and you can see everyone is leaving in droves this past year and the people leaving are the A players who built the company. Lower on the pay side compared to other companies I really hope they turn it around cause I loved what Podium used to be
