      Pros

      The company is growing rapidly. People are great to work with and the culture doesn't support drama. Ton's of support across the org and a really welcoming spirit. Free food and coffee! Great benefits and pay!

      Cons

      Still growing and because of that, some documentation could be better. Learning how to do some things was difficult and required a little DIY or asking around. (It's a startup though so what do you expect haha) A little bit of a drive, but my job is hybrid so I can work from home when I want and free food on Wednesday in the office!
