Pros
Podium is a place where the product can actually make a massive impact on local business, which makes me feel good working here. Super solid leadership team that gets better by the month. Comp is fair. The excitement of being at a company with this type of momentum is fantastic. Great culture.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like we are still figuring a lot of stuff out when it comes to what we ask from our teams. Stuff will get out onto people’s responsibilities without accompanying investment to make it happen.
