Pros

- Great product - Amazing teams/peers - Good benefits - First 6 months at Podium

Cons

- Comp is one of the lowest in UT market. If you negotiate going higher coming in then they won’t promote you for at least a few years regardless of impact - All make senior leadership team - Family members of leadership team work in most of the departments at Podium (most are awesome but definitely can get political with incentives/founders club) - VERY sales driven culture which is exciting but puts unobtainable goals on CS and product/eng (deals they promise specialized features) - Sadly endorsing the below review on BYU/Qualtrics leadership team
