Pros

* Exciting and fast-paced * Benefits and perks are both incredible * Fun, friendly company culture * Exciting trajectory, even in the middle of COVID * A product you can genuinely get behind & feel proud to be a part of * Lots of opportunities for developing professional skills (ie Excel workshops, SQL classes, etc.) As a Podium employee, I feel genuinely taken care of by my employer. My experiences with my direct management have also been extremely positive: my managers want to see me grow, both in my professional skills and by taking on the responsibilities and getting the career trajectory I've got my eyes on. There has been a lot of great transparency and trust that help keep everyone on the same page. It's just a really great work environment.

Cons

Podium is growing VERY quickly and is extremely fast-paced, which is wonderful and exciting on the one hand, but can be difficult on the other. There's a lot of opportunities for carving out a niche for yourself, but not as much structure as maybe there should be. Depending on your department, it can be tough to keep up with all the new developments. You gotta be quick on your feet!
