      Pros

      Serious team environment. Everyone cheers for each other. Pride is not easily seen at Podium. The sum of the employee benefits equates to an employee who wants to give their all to the company because of the investment the company places in the employee.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has created a few problems in areas of training for new hires.
