Pros
The product is very sellable and the company is a revenue rocket ship. The team is full of wonderful people to work with
Cons
The sales culture is intense, for better or worse, and sometimes cross department communication and collaboration needs improvement. I also felt like there was a lot of investment into the "new brand" but a disconnect when it came to using said new branding to benefit client success and sales.
