It's been over a year since I left the company, and I am still waiting for my final pay. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive what is rightfully owed to me. This lack of response and failure to fulfill basic obligations to employees is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend working here if you expect to be paid for your work. This company has a reputation for consistently delaying employee payments, and some were even terminated without receiving their owed salaries. I know several employees who went over four months without pay before being unfairly dismissed. It’s an unethical and unacceptable practice that prospective employees should be cautious of.
