      -Flexible working hours -Ability to work from anywhere -Great training as a whole -Clear systems

      -Lack of ability for growth, it's very clear that there are favorites within the company, and if you aren't one of them, you won't grow. -Leadership hands conversations around compensation very poorly -High stress over little things, if you aren't posting/liking/sharing on LinkedIn they will mention that in reviews

      Some team members were supportive and the work itself had potential to be interesting.

      Cons

      In my experience, the company lacked proper onboarding and training for new employees. I repeatedly asked for guidance and support in understanding expectations and processes, but there was very little structure or mentorship provided.
