You're treated as an adult and not a KPI machine and everything is developed through high-quality training - whether it be a deeper sense of ownership, understanding of how you like to work and why or simply to get on with great recruitment with colleagues you truly enjoy working with, it's all possible. More focus on new business development to ensure the business grows as best but as quick as possible - this is already being changed though.
