Awful - Anonymous employee Pod Digital Marketing Employee Review

I worked at Pod for just over a year, first as a content writer and then as an SEO executive. It's a fast paced environment but it's very rewarding. There are lots of opportunities for progression if you're a go-getter. For example, the company's founder made it clear to me that no departments were off limits if I wanted to transition/learn. They were also willing to support training costs. They really care about their employees and their development. During a tough time, the company were also very supportive and flexible with my working hours. Not a lot of businesses have displayed the same empathy, in my experience. By far the best thing about POD was the people. There are still many people I keep in touch with. There were always team building days, fun activities, and celebrations around Christmas. There's definitely a strong comradery at POD. You'll never struggle on your own and whilst you'll work hard, you'll have a laugh doing it. Highly recommend this company for someone looking to understand digital marketing and forge a career in various disciplines in marketing.

In my opinion, there were no cons from my time there

Working at this company has been a fantastic journey. I’ve grown a lot in my role in the Content team, especially thanks to my manager’s constant support. The team spirit here is great, everyone’s always happy to share ideas and help each other out. The company lunches, awards and parties are a fun bonus, but what really stands out is how much they value and celebrate their people. I’m really glad I found my place here.
