Management constantly reminds of its authority and will get rid of you when you are late, or asking too many questions. They never promote within the company, but, rather, hire supervisors from the outside. Poor communication with the management and employees. HR works in mysterious ways when hiring candidates. They put together the best people who could make a great team, but they all lose their potential and motivation in the atmosphere of chaos and tyranny.
