No.. only this type of company also present and call as mnc these are the learning

They first hire you.. After joining asked reliving letter from previous employer... They suddenly after week ask to sign a bond of 300000 rupees which they nvr discuss offering job.. We can't argue with them as you already have left previous company.. Once you agree a bond they start demanding sales data from previous employer.. Once you share the data.. Company md and manager start harassing you by asking unnecessary questions so annoyingly you start thinking resign... After accepting resignation they ask for 3lakh rupees whether you work for month or 15 days then only they give reliving letter.. Same thing happens with 5-6 engineer who join before me.. Most of them coming from reputed organisation .. They just want to do destroy the carriers.. While joining the organisation check who left the company before take personal review from them
