Pros

I joined the company with limited healthcare industry experience, and the onboarding and training exceeded my expectations. The team is incredibly supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, which made the transition much smoother. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, and I’ve been given opportunities to take ownership of projects early on. It’s a great environment if you’re looking to grow quickly and build new skills.

Cons

So far, I haven’t experienced any major downsides. Like any growing company, there are evolving processes, but I see this as an opportunity to contribute and help shape improvements.
