Positive experience as a new hire - Operations Associate Pluto Health Employee Review

I've been working at Pluto Health supporting patient tickets and helping triage issues for the engineering team. I really appreciate how helpful andd motivated everyone is. This is my first experience woking at a startup, and I'm happy to say it has been very positive.

Pluto Health has an exceptional mission and product vision driven by solid leadership at the top. Recent changes in department-level management have significantly improved cross-team collaboration and execution velocity. We're now leaner and more effective - projects that were previously blocked are moving forward. The CEO's vision for the product is compelling, and with improved team dynamics, we're actually able to execute on it. The work is meaningful, and the current trajectory is very promising.

Past challenges with territorial department leadership created roadblocks and slowed cross-functional work. A 'this is my team' mentality from previous leads made collaboration difficult. While this has been resolved through natural attrition, it did impact momentum temporarily. Typical startup resources constraints require flexibility.
