Pros

Plustar has done an outstanding job of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for new team members. From day one, the training process has been incredibly well structured, with lots of guidance and reassurance. Everyone, from management to team members, has been approachable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. It’s clear that the company values its people and works hard to make sure new employees feel safe, comfortable, and confident in their roles.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any real cons so far. Everything has been smooth, and the training process has exceeded my expectations. Since I’m still new, I can’t speak to the long term experience yet, but the first impression has been overwhelmingly positive.

Pros

I have done several jobs at Plustar including Sales, Operations, and Quality. I felt extremely supported in every role. The training is very helpful and ongoing and management is accessible. If you do a good job, you will be appreciated and rewarded, which is important to me. The office tries hard to make work fun through different team building activities.

Cons

The world of tape is a lot more complex than I could have ever imagined and it is a lot to learn at first.

Pros

Management truly cares about being a better company and growing. Being a smaller company (<50 employees) means you can have a big impact. There are bonus opportunities across most departments (even warehousing and production) and regular company events/parties and quarterly recognition events. Mgmt is taking steps to continue to improve culture and engagement and solicits employee feedback.

Cons

This is a con/pro. Company doesn't have layers of management and burocracy. This isn't great if you're looking to "climb the corporate ladder" but it does mean that you can make a big impact in whatever role you're in.
