Career development seems limited- keeping interns on as long as possible to cut costs amidst top talent leaving and layoffs. Projects come in waves, with weeks of calm and time to catch up, followed by fires and heaps of work that are really difficult to manage and maintain. Company finance outlook is concerning due to legal issues and lack of sales.
