Pros

It’s a great place to learn and grow skills around solution consulting, a lot of different industries and stakeholders you could talk to and never-ending opportunities to learn and become an expert in great culture work life balance

Cons

After the company went public and got bought out by Vista and has passed around it’s created a bunch of siloed teams with no transparency into what’s happening in my time there were many layoffs, making working there stressful and never knowing when your day will be your last

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It’s great to hear that your experience was full of learning. As you know, learning and upskilling is what we do for our customers and it’s crucial that this part of our mission shows up for our team members as well. I also acknowledge your frustrations. I know that past changes and organizational shifts created uncertainty for our teams, and that can be stressful. I also agree that things can be siloed at times. As a leadership team, we’re doing our best to transform the organization and remedy some of the things that are hindering us (like working in silos). We’re also taking a lot of steps to bring even more transparency to our team members and we’re excited to roll those out. Thank you for your contributions and best of luck in your next venture.
