Cons

Meeting might seem irrelevant, agendas are rare so meetings might not surve a 100% purpose (could have been an email)

Thank you for sharing your feedback! It’s great to hear that the culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning has positively impacted your experience at Pluralsight. Our Always Learning culture pillar encourages team members to grow and develop across different skill areas and it’s great to hear that this spirit of growth is resonating with you. We also appreciate your thoughts on meeting effectiveness. Being intentional with meetings is essential. I’ve connected with our Glassdoor Feedback team and we agree that this is something we could be doing better. In the coming months you’ll see us start to resurface meeting guidelines and best practices to the entire company. In the meantime I encourage you to review and share our Distributed Work Playbook with your team. You can find it on Life@PS. Your insights are valuable, and we’re grateful for your contributions. - Beckey Woodard Cole (Chief People Officer)
