Pluralsight Response
3yThank you for sharing your perspective. I’m sorry to hear your experience at Pluralsight has been negative. Our recent restructure resulted in some team members being let go. This was communicated in the email sent to all team members and openly discussed in our product & tech all hands call. Our plans to expand our India office is an important focus for us, and like many tech employers, we are working hard to attract the same caliber of amazing talent we have in all of our regions. I also want to address your concerns about employee morale. Pluralsight has experienced significant change over the past two years and these changes have caused some uncertainty and stress. I want to assure you that timely, honest communication has been, and will continue to be, a priority for all of us as we navigate these changes to become a stronger company. Finally I want to clarify my recent comments about employee morale. Our underperformance as a business is impacting employee morale, which is understandable. We’re working hard to make our customers happy which in turn makes us more successful, and in my experience typically leads to happier employees. - Will
