Pros
Benefits are huge. Family lunch twice a week, additional money for gym, unlimited PTO, flexible work hours. We have a young, respectful, energetic culture. The work that we do also impacts lives and does good for the world.
Cons
Not always competitive salary, often work more than 8 hours a day, no measurable results of how I am doing personally at my job. Communication breakdown between teams and sometimes leadership.
