Pros

Visionary product, values focused CEO, affinity groups forming to help minority employees

Cons

Sadly HR focuses more on external promotions than working with and affecting the many underrepresented employees who experience racism and inequalities every day. Employees who speak up are labeled as agitators where myself and many other minorities have experienced real retaliation for giving honest feedback. No real improvements have been made during this time of social injustice, employees continue to experience pain, and HR keeps applying for parity and belonging awards. Bottom line, they do not care enough to change.

I’m really sorry to hear that this was your experience. This was not our intent and what our team worked hard to create this year in the midst of all the tough events. We care more about making meaningful changes within our company — for and with our team members —, openly and honestly listening and understanding in order to make systemic changes, and investing equitably. Thank you for sharing your experience. - Anita
