Pros

Reasonable compensation and healthcare benefits. Equipment provided. Team lunches and company-wide lunches.

Cons

Rampant favoritism. Applicants can easily be passed over for reasons unrelated to qualifications. The care they have for employees only runs skin-deep. Aggressive management processes.

I’m sorry to hear how this is how you’ve experienced hiring and promotions. We’re working hard to ensure we have a clear, transparent, and equitable process for hiring and promoting our team members. We also continue to work on our career ladders to create even more transparency on growth for roles across the company, but there’s more work to do and we’re committed to it! - Anita
