Pros

Company Lunh, Benefits, Nice Office

Cons

Working at Pluralsight has been a disappointing experience. Quotas constantly change, expectations are unrealistic, "favorites" are a thing, leadership is condescending, and taking time off (even though you have unlimited PTO) is strongly looked down upon. Individuals with poor performance and a weak work ethic receive promotional opportunities, while people who have actually earned a promotion and are qualified get passed up. Pluralsight used to be a great place to work, but the culture of the company has become toxic and is forcing a lot of really good talent to go elsewhere.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience at Pluralsight. We all have different experiences of being here, and you’re right — seeking context and being one’s word are both important values. I would have valued the opportunity to gain more context from you while you were here so that I could have possibly helped to make your situation better. Even though you decided to leave I'd still welcome the opportunity to hear your context to improve for other team members at Pluralsight. Thanks for sharing. - Anita
