8yThanks for sharing your experience with us. I agree that we have more of an opportunity to make our remote team members feel more connected - it’s something we’re working on. We define remote team members as those who work outside of our offices, and they are just as critical to our organization as those who work in one of our locations. We’re committed to everyone having an experience with us that allows them to do great work, and created a Remote Team Member philosophy last year that defines our commitment to their success. We also know we can improve every team member experience, and recently assembled a team of people to enhance our remote experience specifically, to make it as inclusive and rewarding as possible.
