Pros

Pros are just on-time salary and nothing else.

Cons

The company's focus on mental health is ironic, as employees often feel their own mental well-being deteriorates due to the following: - Always on-call: The expectation is to be available every day without fail. - Unhealthy work culture: Working extra hours isn't just encouraged but required to be perceived as a "good employee." - No weekends: Forget about work-life balance—weekend work is the norm, and if you don't comply, management questions your commitment to your career. - Relentless micromanagement: Employees feel constantly monitored, leaving no room for autonomy. - Broken promises: False promises are rampant, and terminations during the probation period are common. - Toxic leadership: The CEO and CTO often display unprofessional behaviour during company-wide calls, openly bragging about firing people. - Lack of appreciation: Constructive feedback is non-existent; criticism is the default. - Extreme hours: Expect to work through days and nights occasionally. - Surveillance culture: Employees are sometimes asked to prove they're working by staying on calls. - CTO behaviour: The CTO is considered the biggest liability to the company's health and morale. Additional concerns: The positive reviews you see online? Likely fabricated. Interns are allegedly tasked with creating fake email IDs to post 5-star reviews. Don’t be swayed by the CEO’s LinkedIn posts—they paint a picture far from reality. Conclusion: If you’re considering joining, be prepared to sacrifice your family time, friendships, personal life, and, most importantly, your mental peace. Think carefully before making a decision.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your time at Plumm didn’t meet your expectations. It is clear from your feedback that you felt unsupported, and that is never the experience we want anyone to have. Startups can be demanding, especially in the tech space, and we recognise that the pace and hours are not for everyone. That said, we take concerns like these seriously and always aim to balance our ambition with empathy and structure. Support channels and feedback mechanisms are in place, and we are constantly working to improve how they are experienced day to day. We also want to be transparent that all reviews, whether positive or critical, are shared by individuals on their own terms. We welcome both praise and constructive feedback, as it helps us grow. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours, and again, thank you for your candid input.

Pros

Great work culture. Amazing and supportive colleagues. Even though we work remotely, there are many opportunities and events to interact with colleagues; besides business meetings ofcourse! :)

Cons

We work remotely at Plumm so it would be great to be able to physically meet my colleagues.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working here as a UI/UX designer, it’s been both rewarding and inspiring. I get to be involved in the full process, from research to creating prototypes, and there’s always room to share new ideas. The collaboration with developers and product managers feels natural, and the feedback I receive is thoughtful and encouraging. What I appreciate most is that the culture truly values design thinking, empathy for users, and continuous learning. Over time, this has helped me grow not just as a designer, but also as a problem solver. On top of that, the flexibility and healthy work life balance make it an even better place to be.

Cons

Managing priorities can be challenging sometimes but It pushes you to stay organized.
