Pros

More competative pay, however, not worth what you are walking into, because in no time you will quit and leave.

Cons

When it comes to evaluating this company, it's difficult to overlook the glaring issues that persist within its management structure. The management team has consistently demonstrated a lack of competence, which has had detrimental effects on the overall functioning and success of the organization. The decision-making processes are often erratic and poorly executed, leading to a significant amount of confusion and frustration among employees. One of the most concerning aspects of this company is its high employee turnover rate. The constant departure of talented individuals can be directly attributed to the dissatisfaction that permeates throughout the organization. The lack of effective leadership and direction from management has created an environment that is demoralizing and unfulfilling for employees. This high turnover not only hampers productivity but also disrupts the formation of cohesive teams, hindering collaboration and progress. Moreover, it's evident that this company formally called TAG falls short in valuing and nurturing its employees' careers. The absence of adequate training and development opportunities was very conserning to me. In light of these serious concerns, it is advisable for individuals who respect themselves and value their career progression to look away and avoid wasting their time applying for positions within this company. The negative impact on one's professional development and overall well-being outweigh any potential benefits that may be associated with joining this organization. It is essential to prioritize finding an employer that fosters a supportive and inspiring work environment, where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.

Pros

You’re trusted with real responsibility Strong pay and bonus structure High-accountability culture with real growth Leadership is accessible and evolving Flexible PTO if you communicate well Fast-moving environment with tons of learning opportunities Colleagues who actually care about what they do Clear effort being made to improve systems and processes Leadership listens and adapts Not micromanaged — you're trusted to deliver Hybrid options in some roles

Cons

Not a place where you can coast — high accountability is the norm If you’re not organized, the pace will catch up to you quickly The bar is high — but so are the rewards if you clear it You’ll be expected to bring solutions, not just surface problems This company values autonomy — if you need constant guidance, you’ll struggle You have to be comfortable with change — structure evolves fast here Workload can feel intense at first, but it gets easier once you hit your stride Titles don’t mean much — it’s about what you actually get done The feedback culture is direct — not a place for overly sensitive egos You’ll learn a lot, but no one’s going to spoon-feed it to you Things move fast — if you like slow and steady, this might feel overwhelming

Pros

At the start of employment you would think there are sone pros, but very quickly you realize that it i none.

Cons

Communication are horible, management are two narcissists that does not know what are they doing and trying to survive in the syncing ship. Everything that they promise in the job description is a lie. The employee turnover is very high, most of them leave after few months once they recognize that all promises are lie.
