Pros

Flexible scheduling, store is mostly empty during weekdays, coworkers are also miserable

Cons

Have you ever heard the term “a pig wearing lipstick”? That’s what Plum Market is. Shiny stainless steel (so shiny they sued another company for using their shiny stainless steel idea!) covering up black mold growing on the walls surrounding food preparation areas. Owners and co are a joke, not on positive thing is said by them or about them. Too busy staring at their phones to notice Forgotten Harvest just side swiped their Tesla or that their guests are ancient and can’t afford the 40 percent margins anymore. Keep opening stores in Florida, we already know you’re gonna say your leases were stolen from you in Michigan and close them all, just hope nobody ever reads the reviews you didn’t pay for. Owners are petulant and transfer products between LLC’s tax free and illegally, support staff harbors a known predator that most female staff knows to stay away from. Overall, if you’re a white male who wants to talk the Big Game or “making it snow” go ahead and apply to plum.

Pros

Learning every department in an out

Cons

Not exactly a ckn, but sometimes you'd be stuck working 1 department for weeks only because they made have needed you more then others at the time sue to staffing in that particular department.

Pros

The few employees (not management) that treat you like a human being

Cons

MANAGEMENT. Upper management treats everyone like they’re disposable and will get rid of people who bring up any issues. They expect you to give your life to a company that wouldn’t care if you were run over by one of their “guests” in the parking lot (which is very likely btw because the only people who shop there are old rich people who can’t drive) and if you think for a moment that anything in your personal life matters more than that job management will punish you for it.
