-cute aesthetic of the company

-Diversity is near 0 for both staff and interns. -I didn't feel like the staff cared about making a concerted effort to get to know and nurture talent, as on my last day I heard nothing from anyone on proper exiting procedure/interview or future opportunities. Just signed off and moved on. -When I interned, there were about 10 or so interns which was about the same amount of staff. This didn't allow for great 1:1 time, feedback, or growth. Interns were given the same assignments and no feedback on improvements or if your work was published. It feels like you're another number to help carry out menial tasks and do busywork. -Minimal interaction on the client-side and no involvement in the full client cycle or interesting inner workings like paid sponsorships. Most of my work was pumping out social content for clients. -Not sure if I would've been paid if I hadn’t asked about it because it wasn't mentioned in the initial offer.
