Pros
Benefits are the best a private company can offer. Good opportunity’s for travel. Most employees can rise very quickly in the company.
Cons
Clients such as Amazon and Walmart request too much of a time commitment outside of working hours causing employees to be perpetually on call while not being compensated for on call hours. Clients are quick to escalate minor inconveniences to production to upper management causing frequent reworks to field service processes Blame very often falls on frontline Employees when clients are inconvenienced with hearing the side of said employees.
