Management does not know what it is doing. The company culture is terrible and has no real contracts - I would not be surprised if the investors get directly involved in the company to save it. Many employees have started to leave the business and those that stay are very disatisfied with the culture - and stay because they dont want job jumping to look bad on Cv.
