Pros

Plooto is scaling at a very fast rate and even though we are growing, the personal touch with every employee still remains in this era of - Work From Home which is rare to find considering that most have been hired remotely, yet the company culture is such that everyone is made to feel at home as soon as you join Plooto.

Cons

Plooto is family and no family is perfect (as we are a start-up) but the most important thing that sets us apart is that we are all sailing together and willing to learn from each other without any finger pointing - this culture has been embedded within each Plootonian and the credit goes to our CEO.

Pros

Plooto has been on a meaningful transformation journey, and the progress over the past two years has been real. The company has done the hard work of rebooting its culture, strengthening leadership, and creating more clarity around how we work, make decisions, and grow together. The CEO and executive team have brought a much stronger sense of focus, transparency, and operating discipline. 2025 in particular felt like a true reboot year: clearer priorities, more accountable leadership, better communication, and a renewed commitment to building a high-performing, people-first company. The culture is one of the biggest positives. There is a strong emphasis on trust, inclusion, ownership, learning, and doing great work with heart. I’ve seen meaningful investment in leadership development, employee experience, benefits, and the systems needed to help the company scale in a healthier and more sustainable way. Plooto is also full of smart, kind, mission-driven people who care deeply about the work and about supporting small businesses. It feels like a company with a strong foundation and a genuinely positive trajectory.

Cons

Like many companies going through transformation, Plooto is still maturing in some areas. The pace can be fast, priorities can shift, and there is still work to do to simplify processes and make sure teams have the clarity they need as the company scales. This is probably not the right environment for someone looking for a fully built, highly predictable company. It is a better fit for people who are energized by growth, change, ownership, and helping build the next version of the company.

Pros

- People were kind - Projects were easy

Cons

- Felt very cold at times as a result of the remote work policy - Company space is boring - Lots of red tape given the size of the company
