      Low salary, No flexible working Old fashioned PA role, Not a modern or dynamic use of roles Lots of unnecessary drama created by senior management Heavy mirco management Double standards throughout the company especially in terms of the environment, mental health support and general HR/people support

      Pros

      Very nice group of people with great communication skills. Even when working on different time zones, the team was communicative and always had an eey toward working together. Overall a positive environment.

      Cons

      -had to be reminded to send my contract over after I'd started work -good for self-starters, but not for people who need lots of direction/guidance
