Don’t expect respect - Anonymous employee Pliant Employee Review

Where do I start. Lack of professionalism. No corporate culture. Reporting lines have not been thought through. No respect for your expertise or knowledge. Though not extreme, there is a level of bullying to push you in to thinking they are right when they definitely are not. The pay is significantly below market value with absolutely no perks. Even though one of the company values is “Be Kind” it definitely doesn’t apply to employees. The list really is endless
