      You sharpen your technical skills very quickly – the learning curve is steep, but it's all worth it. I’ve never before worked in a place where I can openly ask a question and get support whenever needed. Managers want you to do better, so they’re always there to guide you and provide the necessary resources.

      Cons

      Not gonna lie – it’s demanding. You blink, and there are three new features and four new ideas.

      Pros

      Working here has given me the chance to learn how things work instead of just fixing bugs all the time. I have exposure to real systems – Oracle, SQL, ERP logic, reporting. Managers are willing to explain things, sometimes more than once. Support and collaboration are top priorities. I also like the perks – casual dress code, great facilities, gym, games room, kitchen, outdoor space, and more.

      It may feel overwhelming at first, especially for people new to the profession.
