Pros
Interesting work, flexible hours, very good work conditions (individual offices, very efficient IT team), talented and enthusiastic development team, management team is honest and caring. You start with a training project to get familiar with the systems (code repo, issue tracker, etc.), then jump into real work pretty quickly. My advice—ask questions! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very talented and professional team. Management is also really accommodating—if you need something, just ask. I left for personal reasons, but really liked the company. Not everybody likes time tracing system, but it help with flexibility - you have your working hours logged - you can make your schedule, no questions asked. Some hours I think can be done from home, especially when office is closed. I noticed practically everybody in development team likes board games:)
Cons
In person mostly. Not sure if it is a bad thing-constant work load, so while you are at work-you are supposed to work:)
