- Pressure from management to have mandatory overtime during the week and weekends - Very outdated technologies and processes - A lot of careless people sitting in leadership roles especially those who are sitting more than 10 years in one position - No professional growth (not investing into conferences) - Having the employees go through Lie detector process in the final stage of the interview
