Pros

Work life balance is very good. They have free food like coffee lunch at office Some colleagues are good some are very attitudious

Cons

They needs to have so much improvement in work lifestyle. Like to be detailed their initial training system is not proper they just explain you things and assign works the assigning is also not aligned properly. They just assign you all the works as the beginner and it will be heavy load. From my end I feel work should be assigned one by one not all at once. So we can get adjusted to each things at once adjusting to all things at once is a nightmare. Seniors behave very rudely they just keep yelling for all things. Some seniors think that they know all the things and they are the pro and some one who has joined or work with them is a dumb. From my pov if initial training system is improved and seniors start acting a little nicer to juniors more things can be settled down in office. Other than that leave policy is not that good. They dont have any HR felt entirely like startup. They need work so much on their work assignment and work style and employ load.
