I worked full time at playmade. Took me a while to make this review as I needed to collect my thoughts together. Really not inclusive at all, the company group chat is mostly in mandarin so if your mandarin cmi or you can't speak mandarin, goodbye. Colleagues love conversing in mandarin, and it's so hard to communicate important things. This is Singapore, not China, speak English as a universal language. Teach your staff some basic English lessons, it hurts to hear them not understanding customers properly. I had to apply for a health and safety cert at some shady website ~$30, which honestly left a bad taste in my mouth, as this is obviously not recognized by NEA or SFA. The job is also incredibly tiring, and it really doesn't really pay well. Totally not worth it.
