      Pros

      Lots of creative freedom, very relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable colleagues, several offices across the world.

      Cons

      EA never really seem to know what to do with the company after the purchase and was never really involved as much as it should have. Felt a bit disorganised towards the end with many senior employees leaving.
