Pros? They provide water and radio (if you’re within earshot). Everyone seems pretty friendly. Pay is good for the area.

It’s super hot in summer, cold in winter. Your break starts when you walk away from your post, and it takes a while to trek across the warehouses to the break room. It makes your breaks so short it isn’t worth going to the break room at all.

Its Full Time with generally Weekends off.

Pay Scale is very Low compared to the surrounding area.
