Company restructures every 6-7 months. Upper management keeps butchering the brand, they think of "new ideas" and want the team to execute within a few hours or a couple of days. Noting seems to be planned ahead or researched, to begin with. they change their minds constantly. Therefore a lot of fires to put out constantly, long working hours. The company talks about being inclusive but there are very few minority employees. Compensation/salaries are low. We have "unlimited vacation" but it's frowned upon if you take time off.
