- Most workers tend to be friendly and fair.
- Loose work hours overall,
- Most take pride in the product produced as it puts smiles on so many people, theater!

- Poor pay
- Don't expect a raise of any kind
- Don't expect an Xmas bonus
- Horrible medical plan
- Limited guidance / resources
- No appreciation expressed
- Ultimately its just a job
