Decent pay for Monett area, many wonderful co-workers, profit sharing program, used to be a fun place to work
Cons
Company took on more than it could handle with acquisition and was unwilling to hire enough staff to reduce the burden. Overtime expectations became high, with managers working weekends and encouraging accounting staff to follow suit.
