Nice offices, positive working environment, people spend time socializing and playing ping pong.
Cons
Not open to outside culture or personalities. You must fit the mold. Even if you get along well with everyone, have a good attitude, and you are able to do your job, if you share your ideas, have too much confidence or are too honest, this is not the place to work. The interview process is long and thorough, yet incomplete and doesn't set expectations of how you will interact with teams and management.
