Lovely co-workers, freedom with lesson plans, flexible scheduling, good pay, flexible placement depending on location, amazing non-profit work.
Cons
Sometimes difficult to motivate kids, counselor's methods of discipline sometimes interferes with lesson plan, some program locations aren't as helpful with adaptation process as others.
