Management is terrible. There was no support when issues were brought up with management, and communication is non-existent. Communication in general is awful, contrary to what the higher management would have you believe. Sure, they tell you how the company is performing, but not how certain changes in the company would directly affect your job. It changed from a fun environment to a huge focus on any and all money-driven activities, no matter if that changed the quality of the content. No growth prospects. Terrible salaries, and very few if any increase over the years. No professional development plans or budget.
