- 5+ year old product (and therefore codebase) makes up core offering - incredibly negative consumer reviews of product make even NEW releases an uphill battle - interfacing with Comcast, when required, can be difficult - upper management team relatively inexperienced; flip strategic direction often based on incomplete information - general lack of accountability for poor performers
